/ About Sennova Labs

We got tired of watching AI stop at the demo.

Sennova Labs exists because of a gap we kept seeing: businesses genuinely excited about AI, agencies genuinely good at demos — and almost nothing surviving contact with production. The chatbot that couldn't check a real order. The automation that broke silently in week three. The “transformation roadmap” that transformed nothing but the invoice.

We're an engineering team, and we run engagements the way reliable software gets built: measure first, ship small, prove it, expand. Our systems answer customers, process documents, qualify leads, and keep books — unglamorous, high-volume work where reliability compounds into real money.

The name comes from senno — sense, judgment — and nova: new. New judgment about where machines should work and where people should. That line is different for every business. Finding it precisely is the job.

/ Founder

A builder on every engagement.

Sennova Labs was founded by Humza Khalid, an engineer who spent years watching businesses buy AI demos that never survived contact with production — and decided the fix was an agency that builds like an engineering team, not a sales team.

Humza is directly involved in every engagement, from the first workshop to the systems running in production — an engineer's eye on the work at every stage, not just the kickoff.

“The bar we build to is simple: systems you'd trust with your own customers, at 3am, unsupervised.”

/ Principles

The rules we don't break.

01

Payback math or no proposal

We model hours saved and payback period before recommending anything. When the numbers don't clear the bar, we say so and walk away from the revenue. That discipline is why the projects we do take on succeed.

02

Boring reliability beats impressive demos

A demo has to work once, in front of you. A production system has to work at 3am, on the malformed input, during the traffic spike. We engineer for the second standard — error handling, fallbacks, monitoring — because that's where the value lives.

03

Humans own the consequences

AI acts inside hard policy limits we define with you. Refunds above threshold, regulated decisions, anything irreversible — those escalate to your people with full context. Automation should amplify judgment, never launder accountability.

04

You own everything

Code, workflows, prompts, evaluation data, credentials, documentation: delivered as yours, under work-for-hire. If we're still working together in year two, it's because the systems keep earning it.

05

Vendor-neutral, evidence-driven

We build on whichever models and platforms win on your evaluation set at your price point — and we architect so the model layer swaps as the market moves. Our loyalty is to your metrics.

/ Process

Four phases. No leaps of faith.

Each phase earns the next one. You can stop at any boundary and keep everything built so far.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

    Week 0 — free

The AI audit. We interview the people doing the work, map the workflows, and measure where hours actually go. You get a prioritized roadmap with payback estimates for every automation candidate — a document worth having whoever builds it.

  2. 02

    Pilot

    Weeks 1–3

We build the fastest-payback automation first and run it supervised against real work — real tickets, real documents, real calls. Success criteria are agreed in writing before we start. You see measured results before committing to more.

  3. 03

    Scale

    Weeks 4–10

Proven systems expand across categories, teams, and workflows. Every addition ships with the same production discipline: confidence thresholds, human-review queues, logging, alerting, documentation.

  4. 04

    Run

    Ongoing

Processes drift; volumes change; models improve. We monitor exception rates, tune monthly, and surface new opportunities — or train your team and hand over cleanly. Both paths are first-class.

Phase one is free and takes about a week of calendar time. The worst case is that you end up with a clear-eyed map of your own operations.
